This 3 part interactive workshop series uses the latest research and theory on the power of self-compassion, combined with the practices of restorative, yin and hatha yoga and guided meditation, to explore and unearth your innate ability for compassion for the self and for others so that we are better able to respond to adversity. Learn the guiding principles behind the practice of self compassion and core skills required to get us there while doing a great deal of reflective journaling throughout the process.
